PRICES:

We are an official establishment of the State, the prices are regulated under the Law that establishes the State, and so in our establishment you can find the price that stipulates the Law.

In our Tobacconist’s we provide a list of prices and we inform about the quantity that you can take with to your country.

“The sale prices from the different types, brands and tobacco categories, assigned to be market in Spain, with the exception of Canary Islands, will be determined by manufacturers, or in their case, by sale representatives or leaders in the Europe Union, in the case of the ones that are produced on it, according to established as article 9, section 1, second paragraph of the Directive 95/59/CE from the Council, from the 27th of November 1995.

In case of the ones that are manufactured out of this territory will be assigned by his importer. Manufacturers and importers will give knowledge about the prices to the Customs Department and the State Tax System Agency, and to the autonomous Organization Commissioner for the tobaccos market for the purpose of his publication, in a maximum term of a month, in the Official Gazette of the State for his publicity and general effectiveness” (Article 4.2 Law 13/98)
